Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 21, 2026

1. Introduction

1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how our Platform (the "Platform") processes data when you use our interface to interact with the Solana blockchain (including mint, burn, revoke, and other functions).

1.2. Decentralized (Non-Custodial): The platform is merely an interface. We do not store, request, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases. All financial transactions are signed by you personally through your wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare).

2. Responsibility and Data Controller

2.1. The controller of personal data is the Tinarium Platform Administration.

2.2. You are solely responsible for the safety of your wallet and keys. We are technically unable to restore access to your assets if your keys are lost.

3. Protection of personal information

3.1 We do not require you to enter your name, email address, or phone number to use the basic functions of the site.

3.2. Access to your personal settings and transaction history on the website is protected by a cryptographic signature on your wallet. This ensures that only the wallet owner can view their data in our database.

4. Collected information

We process two types of data:

4.1. Data in our closed database (private):

  • Public Wallet Address (Public Key): Used to identify you as a user.
  • Interface settings: Information about your chosen theme and preferred network (Mainnet-beta / Devnet).
  • Transaction history: We store your activity history on the platform solely for your convenience. This data is not accessible to third parties.

4.2. Public blockchain data:

  • All transactions (token creation, burning, account closures, and payment of the platform's built-in fees) are public. This data is recorded on the Solana blockchain and is accessible to anyone through block explorers.

5. Disclosure of information

5.1. We do not transfer or sell your data from our database (settings, history) to third parties.

5.2. Transaction and fee information sent to the Solana network is publicly available by the very nature of the blockchain and cannot be hidden or deleted.

6. User rights

6.1. Access and modification: You can view your history and change theme settings in your personal account after logging in through your wallet.

6.2. Data Deletion: You have the right to request that your transaction history and settings be cleared from our database. However, we are unable to delete records of your transactions or paid fees from the Solana blockchain.

7. Cookies

7.1 We use cookies to store your session state and selected settings (such as dark or light theme) so that you don't have to reconfigure the interface each time you log in.

7.2 We do not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Policy Changes

8.1. We reserve the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on this page. Using the Platform after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new version.
