1. General information

1.1 This Platform is a decentralized application programming interface (dApp) that allows users to interact with the Solana blockchain to manage tokens (including mint, burn, revoke, etc.).

1.2. The platform is not a custodial service, exchange, or financial advisor. We only provide a technological tool for facilitating transactions.

1.3. The Platform does not provide investment advice or guarantee the profitability, value, or liquidity of any tokens.

1.4. All transactions are carried out directly on the Solana blockchain. The platform has no control over and cannot reverse transactions once they are confirmed by the network.

2. Confirmation of user consent

2.1 By using the Platform, connecting your wallet, or signing the authorization message, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2.2. You agree that a built-in service fee is charged for each transaction performed through the Platform interface. This fee is included in the same transaction you sign in your wallet.

2.3. You acknowledge that blockchain fees (gas fees) and Platform service fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Selection criteria (Eligibility)

3.1. To use the Platform, you must be of legal age in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

3.2. You confirm that you are not subject to international sanctions and do not use the Platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorist financing.

3.3. You are solely responsible for compliance with the tax laws of your country regarding cryptocurrency transactions.

4. Disclaimer

4.1. Technological Risks: The platform is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Solana network, transaction delays, or errors in third-party wallets (Phantom, Solflare, etc.).

4.2. User Actions: We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from your actions, including, but not limited to:

  • Erroneous burning of tokens.
  • Closing accounts with a remaining balance.
  • Creating (mint) tokens with incorrect parameters.

4.3. Key Security: You are solely responsible for the safekeeping of your private keys. Loss of keys means complete loss of access to your assets.

5. Property rights

5.1. All interface elements, design, logos, and software code of the website are the intellectual property of the Platform Administration.

5.2. You have full ownership of all tokens and assets created or managed by you through the Platform, in accordance with the Solana blockchain protocols.

6.1. We reserve the right to restrict access to the Platform interface (blacklist the wallet address) if we detect attempts to hack, abuse vulnerabilities, or use the service for fraudulent purposes.

6.2. Violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform's features without prior notice.

7. Changes to the Terms
